Responsibilities :
- Execution of the HR process like Onboarding, exits, transfers,
Payroll, Address and employment proof letter generation.
- Coordinating with Recruitment team for new recruits.
- Comprehensive Day One Onboarding formalities & HR
Orientation/Induction for all new joiners.
- Planned and executed Mass Onboarding for all type of hires (New
hires, Contract Conversion, Re hires, Campus hires and Acquisitions).
- Offer Letter/Appointment Letter/Relieving and Experience Letter
Generation.
- Payroll Input Preparation for all the new joiners.
- Co-ordination of Employee Personnel Files completion activities.
- Identifying process gaps and implementing standard processes for
Onboarding and Exit
- Management.
- Execution of NSA verification (a kind of Background Verification
for the employees.
- Maintaining and updating Employee data base accurately.
- Handling and processing invoices, PO’s and other payment
vouchers.
